Mini Retro Review: Virtual Desire (1995) #badmovies

Virtual Desire
1995
Erotic Thriller

Softcore thriller where a married man cheats on his wife with several women who he chats with on the internet. His wife is killed and with the help of a detective, he has to unravel the mystery as to which of the 4 or so women he had sex with, was responsible for her death. The plot contrivance here is the guy cheating on his wife - as in no point in the movie was it ever alluded to that she was seeing other men, nor was such a bad person for her husband to sleep around. When it tried to be serious, it felt a little lame, but I couldn't agree that this was, dare I say it, watchable. But maybe that is down to the sex scenes, ahem. I actually liked the Brad/Mike Meyer and Julie Strain one more, only because I thought they looked good together. Yet acting was mediocre to sub-par, dialogue ain't much and yet still, it's a so-bad-it's-sorta-watchable type of T&A flick.

Is It Worth Watching?

If you're into corny, bad acting but want to watch it for the nude sex scenes more than anything else, then take a look at this one.
